Tamim S. Hamid

Tamim is an experienced
leader with over 20 years focused on medical devices. Prior to starting
Presym, Tamim was head of Business and Technology for Sanmina Medical Division,
a $13 Billion NASDAQ-listed company. Tamim also served in senior
executive rolls at two start-ups with successful exits. His formative years were at Kennedy
Space Center managing advanced research and development projects for
NASA.

Hathaway
Chief Medical Officer

David brings
expertise with clinical medicine and clinical trials, drug discovery,
and medical devices. David was CMO for several start-up companies,
including Arginox Pharmaceuticals, Restoragen, and Knoll
Pharmaceutical. David served as VP, Cardiovascular Drug Recovery, for
Bristol-Meyers Squibb. He is an inventor of the Perclose wound closure
device and holds 12 patents.

over 18 years of international experience in commercial and contract
negotiations focused on Information Technology and health, with a
specialization in risk mitigation. His assignments have covered the
globe: from the U.S., U.K, New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Western
Europe. Colin has led over 200 complex, high value transactions.

Kanwar Kang

Kanwar brings
over 18 years of medical device experience to Presym. Prior to joining Presym
in 2006, Kanwar was Senior Director, Strategy & Business
Development for Philips Medical Systems. Prior to Philips, Kanwar held
various management positions for 12 years with GE Medical Systems,
focusing on digital X-rays and neuro-vascular products.

Roman Shklanka Ph.D.
Non-Executive Director

Dr. Shklanka
has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He worked for
the Placer organization and was responsible for the acquisition of
Tanzanian gold deposits which led to the sale of Sutton Resources for
CAD$525 million in 1999. Most recently, Dr Shklanka was the Chairman of
Canico Resource Corp which was purchased by CVRD for over CAD$865
million.
